Producing homogeneous plastic powder at micron scale directly determines product quality and process efficiency in rotational molding, masterbatch and compounding.

A pulverizer grinds granular or crushed plastic material into powder at micron level using a high-speed rotor–disc system. The material is fed into the grinding chamber in a controlled way; friction and impact between the discs rotating at high speed reduce the particles to micron size. An adjustable screen system allows the desired particle size to be controlled precisely. With this technology, depending on the material type, homogeneous powder can be produced down to micron level.
Especially for film waste and compounding raw materials, the use of pulverizing markedly improves final product quality.
Rotational molding (rotomolding): The homogeneity of the powder directly affects surface quality and mechanical strength. Masterbatch: Helps pigments and additives disperse more uniformly. Compounding lines: Provides a more balanced blend and stable extrusion performance. Recycling plants: Delivers higher quality and stability in reprocessing operations.
The desired micron range, the type and hardness of the material to be processed, energy-consumption figures, the quality of wear parts, access to service and spare parts, and the level of automation should all be evaluated. A system that is not selected correctly can lead to high energy consumption, an irregular particle distribution and increased maintenance cost. İnan Tech systems offer low energy use, low vibration and long wear-part life thanks to an optimized rotor design and air cooling.
