What does a pulverizer machine do?

Pulverizer machines convert plastics such as polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP) and PVC into powder form by grinding them. Depending on the material type and the selected setting, a homogeneous powder is obtained down to micron level, which facilitates further processing and recycling operations.

How does it work?

Granulated or crushed plastic is fed into the grinding chamber in a controlled manner. The material is reduced by the friction and impact between the high-speed rotor–disc system; thanks to the adjustable screen system, the targeted particle size is kept under control. An air-cooling and circulation unit balances the heat generated during grinding, ensuring stable operation. Since the output fineness varies with the material, the target particle size is determined on a project-specific basis.
