A complete turnkey line where soft and contaminated plastics such as film, nylon, greenhouse cover and LDPE packaging are washed and recovered back into raw material.

The Film & LDPE line is designed to process low-density, thin and often heavily contaminated (soil, moisture) film plastics. The material is opened, wet-crushed, washed in stages, separated from water and dried; if desired, it is turned into granules through extrusion. Each stage is sized according to the contamination level of your material and your requirements.
Film and LDPE are thin, lightweight feedstocks that mostly contain high levels of soil, moisture and organic residue. For this reason, compared with rigid-plastic lines, the line requires more aggressive pre-washing, more rinsing and strong dewatering. The material is generally wet-crushed; contamination is removed through staged washing, and moisture is reduced as far as possible by combining a screw press with mechanical drying. The number and intensity of the stages are determined by the contamination level of the feedstock.
The cleaned film is obtained in flake or agglomerate form and, if desired, is converted into granules (pellets) through an extrusion stage. Recycled LDPE granule is reused in products such as garbage bags, carrier film, pipe and profile. The final quality varies depending on the cleanliness of the feedstock and the washing–drying performance of the line.
The line configuration (machine selection, capacity, dimensions and power) is determined according to your material and project. For a line design tailored to your needs, you can contact İnan Tech.
