A complete turnkey line where drums, barrels, crates, pallets, pipes and rigid HDPE/PP packaging are shredded and washed for recovery.

The HDPE/PP line processes rigid and bulky plastics. Bulky material is first pre-shredded by a shredder, reduced to a washable size by crushing, deep-cleaned through hot washing and friction, separated by sink-float, and dried. If desired, granules are obtained through extrusion.
HDPE is widely used in detergent and chemical drums, pipes, crates and rigid packaging. PP, on the other hand, is found in injection-molded parts, automotive components, containers and woven sacks. Since both polymers are lighter than water (with a density below 1), they float in the sink-float stage and separate from PET, labels and heavy residues. This density difference is the fundamental factor that defines the separation logic of the HDPE/PP line and, when configured correctly, delivers high-purity output.
The clean flakes obtained at the end of the line can be sold directly; if desired, an extrusion stage can be added to turn the flakes into granules (pellets). Granules are a ready-to-use raw material for injection and extrusion manufacturers and often appeal to a broader range of buyers compared to flakes. Whether flakes or granules are produced is planned according to the target market, logistics and the customer's demand.
The line configuration (machine selection, capacity, dimensions and power) is determined according to your material and project. For a line design tailored to your needs, you can contact İnan Tech.
