What machines does İnan Tech manufacture?
İnan Tech manufactures plastic crusher and shredder machines, hot/intensive washing units, separation systems such as ballistic and star screen, mechanical drying, pulverizer and thermoform machines, and complete recycling lines that combine them.
Do you install complete recycling lines on a turnkey basis?
Yes. We handle engineering, manufacturing, installation and commissioning from a single source. Depending on your needs, we can supply a single machine or a complete line covering all stages from feeding to pellet production.
Which types of plastic do you process?
Mainly PET, HDPE, PP and LDPE — bottles, film, drums, crates, pallets and industrial scrap, among many others. We determine the suitable line and capacity for your material together.
Do you supply spare parts and technical service?
Yes. Along with the supply of blades, screens and other spare parts, we provide continuous technical service and support.
Do you export and install abroad?
Yes. We carry out manufacturing, shipping and installation to international standards for both domestic and overseas projects.
What are the prices of plastic recycling machines?
Price varies by machine type, capacity and line configuration. Share your needs and we will prepare a tailored, up-to-date quotation.
What is the delivery time?
Delivery time varies by machine type, capacity and order load. The exact time is shared during the quotation stage.
Do you provide installation and operator training?
Yes. We carry out machine and line installation, commissioning and operator training; after-sales technical support continues afterwards.
How much energy do the machines consume?
Total power varies by model; our machines are designed for low energy consumption and high efficiency. We can share the values of the model you are interested in.
How do I choose the right capacity and model?
It is determined by the hourly throughput, material type, moisture/contamination and target output size. Share your needs and we will select the most suitable model and capacity together.
What is a plastic crusher and how does it work?
A plastic crusher is a size-reduction machine that cuts plastic between rotating rotor blades and fixed blades in the housing, reducing it to a homogeneous flake size. The output size is set by the screen beneath the rotor.
What is a shredder used for?
A shredder pre-shreds large and thick plastic with a low-speed, high-torque principle. It brings bulky waste such as bales, drums, barrels and pipes to a size that can be fed into the recycling line.
What is the difference between a crusher and a shredder?
A shredder performs coarse pre-shredding; a crusher produces screen-controlled, homogeneous flake. On most lines they complement each other: shredder, then crusher, then washing.
What is a pulverizer (micronizing) machine?
A pulverizer grinds plastics such as PE, PP and PVC into micron-level powder. It is used in rotational molding (rotomolding), masterbatch and compound production.
What is an agglomerator and what is it used for?
An agglomerator densifies thin film and nylon by shrinking it with friction heat into agglomerate, providing stable feeding to the extruder.
What are an extruder and degassing?
An extruder melts and homogenizes plastic; the degassing zone removes moisture and volatiles from the melt by vacuum, helping keep pellet quality consistent.
What stages does a plastic washing line consist of?
It usually consists of pre-washing, hot washing, friction and intensive washing, separation by sink-float, and finally mechanical drying.
Why is hot washing necessary?
Oil, label adhesive and organic contaminants can only be dissolved effectively with hot water and chemical support. Hot washing is the critical step that determines final flake quality.
How is sink-float separation done?
Plastics of different densities are separated by their floating and sinking behavior in water; for example, PET sinks while PP and PE float. Mixed material is thus separated by polymer type.
What is the difference between flake and granule (pellet)?
Flake is the crushed, washed form of plastic. Granule (pellet) is the extruded, cut, ready-to-use raw material; it usually appeals to a wider range of buyers.
How is PET bottle recycling done?
Through bale opening, pre-sorting, crushing, hot washing, friction, label/cap separation by sink-float, and drying, bottles are turned into clean PET flake.
Which plastics can be recycled?
PET, HDPE, LDPE and PP are the most commonly recyclable types; PVC and PS are more difficult. Correct sorting at source and clean collection directly affect recycling quality.
What is an in-line crusher?
It is a crusher integrated at the output of a production line that instantly recovers the scrap produced. Especially on thermoform and extrusion lines, it works without stopping production.
What does a thermoform machine do?
It softens a plastic sheet with heat and forms it against a mold using vacuum to produce packaging for food, medical and industrial products.
Which machines are needed for a recycling plant?
Depending on needs, bale opening, shredder, crusher, washing, separation, drying and extrusion/pellet units come together as a line. Machine selection is determined by material type and target output.
