Privacy Notice (KVKK) and Cookie Policy

1. Data Controller

Under the Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (the “Personal Data Protection Law”, “KVKK”), the data controller is İnan Plastik Makinaları San. ve Tic. A.Ş. (“İnan Tech” / the “Company”), located at: Velimeşe OSB Mah. 227. Sok. No:17/1 Ergene / TEKİRDAĞ.

2. Personal Data Processed

• Identity: first name, last name
• Contact: e-mail, telephone, address, country/city, company information
• Customer Transaction: content of inquiries, quotations and orders, correspondence records
• Transaction Security: technical records relating to use of the website (via cookies)

3. Purposes of Processing and Legal Grounds

Your personal data is processed for the purposes of responding to quotations and requests, carrying out contractual and after-sales processes, communication activities, fulfilling legal obligations and improving service quality; based on the legal grounds of the establishment/performance of a contract, legal obligation and legitimate interest in accordance with Article 5 of the KVKK.

4. Transfer

Your personal data may be transferred—solely for the purposes set out above and limited thereto—to authorized public institutions and to the suppliers/business partners from whom we receive services (e.g. logistics, information technology), in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK. Your data is not shared for purposes other than those stated, nor is it sold.

5. Cookie Policy

Our website may use cookies to improve your experience. Mandatory cookies are required for the website to function. For content display purposes, third-party services such as YouTube (youtube-nocookie) and map services are activated only when you click to play. You can manage or delete cookies through your browser settings.

6. Rights of the Data Subject (KVKK Article 11)

Pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to: learn whether your personal data is being processed; request information if it has been processed; learn the purpose of processing; request that it be corrected if processed incompletely or inaccurately; request that it be erased/destroyed where the conditions are met; request that such operations be notified to third parties; object to any outcome arising from automated analysis; and claim compensation should you suffer damage.

You may submit requests relating to your rights in writing to kvkk@inanplastics.com or to the Company’s address. Your applications are answered within the periods prescribed by the KVKK.
