In a recycling line, the flakes obtained after washing and drying gain value when they are converted into a sellable granule (pellet). The extruder system is the set of units that carries out this conversion. İnan Tech manufactures all of the equipment in the system in-house and brings it together as a compatible line tailored to the project.
A typical flow follows this order: densification with the agglomerator for thin film/nylon → melting and degassing with the extruder → filtering with the melt filter → flow control with the melt diverter → pelletizing with underwater cutting → dewatering with pellet drying. Each unit is sized to work in harmony with the previous one.
