The PET bottle recycling line processes bottles arriving baled or in bulk, step by step, to produce high-purity PET flakes. İnan Tech manufactures every piece of equipment on the line in-house and installs it on a turnkey basis, so that all stages work in harmony.

The high-purity PET flakes produced by the line are used in many fields as an alternative to virgin raw material: fiber production, strapping, sheet, and — under suitable conditions — bottle-to-bottle applications are among the foremost uses. The purity, moisture content and color consistency of the flakes directly affect in which market and for which product they can be used. The more effective the line's separation and washing stages are, the wider the range of uses and the higher the price the resulting flakes command.
