What is the 38.100 and what is it used for?

The 38.100 is a mid-range thermoform in-line (sheet crusher). Positioned at the outlet of production lines such as thermoforming and extrusion, it takes skeleton, edge trim and defective parts the moment they are produced and reduces them to a reprocessable flake size. It delivers balanced, uninterrupted capacity on continuously running lines; scrap is returned to the production cycle without waiting.

38.100 highlights

Thanks to its wide working width, it takes the skeleton scrap of large thermoform sheets in a single pass, which helps reduce feed blockages in high-throughput production. Together with the 38.60 and 38.125 in the same rotor family, it forms a series that can be selected according to different width requirements.
