The 2000 is a highest-tonnage double-shaft shredder. With two counter-rotating shafts and very high torque, it tears down the bulkiest and toughest material (drums, bales, pallets, blocks). It usually runs without a screen and produces a coarse output; it is most often used for pre-shredding (the first stage).
As the most powerful model of the double-shaft series, the DS-2000 is designed for heavy duty on the highest-tonnage and most resistant materials.
