The 800 is a single-shaft shredder in the compact / entry-level class. It runs with a rotating rotor, a hydraulic pusher and a screen; it shreds the material by pressing it against the rotor and releases only the pieces that pass through the screen openings. The output is therefore controlled and homogeneous. With its low speed – high torque principle, it processes tough inputs without jamming.
As the entry model of the single-shaft series, the 800 is suited to small- to medium-volume pre-shredding with its narrow feed width. With its pusher structure and screen it delivers a more homogeneous output; it is a practical starting solution for plants with limited space.
