In packaging production, efficiency and sustainability are now inseparable. Recovering production scrap instantly both lowers costs and meets environmental responsibilities.

It is a recovery system that instantly grinds the skeleton waste, trimmings and edge scrap generated on thermoform production lines while the production process continues. In the conventional method, the skeleton left after the sheet is cut is collected and then processed in a separate crushing unit; this creates additional labor, in-plant logistics and storage burden. The in-line system, by contrast, instantly grinds the scrap on the line and returns it to the production loop, keeping the material flow uninterrupted.
The system supports the circular economy: waste plastic returns to the loop instantly, consumption of new virgin plastic and energy/logistics costs decrease, and the carbon footprint drops. With its low noise level and enclosed-system design, it provides a safer working environment. These features are a significant advantage especially for companies that produce for the EU market, carry out sustainability reporting and pursue ESG goals.
It is widely used in food packaging, medical/sterile packaging, agricultural packaging and industrial plastic packaging production; it scales from small facilities to high-volume factories. The system offers easy integration with existing lines, SCADA-based automation, high-strength rotor-blade technology and low energy consumption. Within the scope of the project, on-site installation, operator training, technical service and spare-part support are provided.
