Compact Crusher Machines

What is a compact crusher machine?

Compact (mid-range) crusher machines reduce materials generated in production and recycling plants — such as sprues, edge trim, defective parts, blocks and purge — to a reprocessable flake size. With their balanced, space-saving design, they are easily positioned next to a machine or at a central crushing point and are suitable for continuous operation.

Advantages

  • Space-saving; suitable for machine-side or central crushing
  • Continuous and balanced capacity
  • Pneumatic conveying of the ground material with an optional fan-cyclone
  • Wet crushing of contaminated material with optional water feed (top model)

Who chooses it?

  • Medium to large-scale plastic recycling plants
  • Manufacturers crushing sprues, edge trim, blocks and purge
  • Businesses that want a central crushing point

Which compact models are available?
There are three models: 42.60, 50.80 and 65.100, chosen according to capacity needs.
Which compact model should I choose?
Based on hourly capacity and part size: 42.60 for lower volume, 50.80 for mid-to-upper, and 65.100 for higher capacity.
Should I choose compact or heavy-duty?
Compact suits mid-volume and machine-side applications; heavy-duty is for large, rigid and continuously high-throughput streams.
